1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Script Network's services, website, or platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Script Network provides multimodal data infrastructure services, including data annotation, quality certification, and dataset delivery for AI training purposes. The specific features and functionality available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services to process data that violates any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe upon the rights of any third party.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in the data you upload to the platform. Script Network does not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise plans include a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with specific uptime guarantees. Details of the SLA are provided in your enterprise agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Script Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.
